Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Commanders spent Round 4, Pick 26 on Que Robinson, a name the board had a full 57 spots lower. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

That Woodson pick is the receipt they will wave around later. They punted on wide receiver, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

On the needs board they went 3 of 8, with cornerback the one that mattered most. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
