There is a lot to like until you notice quarterback is still a hole. The Steelers never got to the one that mattered most.

Reaching for Egbuka left real value on the table behind him. The dealing nudged the ledger their way without much fuss. The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes.

The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
