Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Packers spent the Round 4 slot on Hayden Conner, a name the board had a full 87 spots lower.

Kiser at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. They left with cornerback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Call it incomplete, and check back in a couple of seasons.
