Nobody else had Cedric Johnson anywhere near slot 130. The Ravens did, by 56 spots, and that gap is the whole story. It nets out a thoroughly average C+.

Pearl falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The trades cost them a sliver of value they did not need to spend.
