A costly weekend of dealing drags the Browns to a D-.

Nobody else had Phillip Webb anywhere near the 192nd pick. The Browns did, by 134 spots, and that gap is the whole story. Put together, it is a D-.

That Mullings pick is the receipt they will wave around later. The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. The wide receiver spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

Job largely done: quarterback settled and 4 of 9 of the wish list covered.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, wide receiver very much included.
