The Raiders let Tuten fall and pounced. Final grade: C.

You can lose a draft before you make a pick. The Raiders did it at the trade table, overpaying to chase players the board did not price nearly as high. It nets out a thoroughly average C.

On value alone, Tuten makes the weekend a net positive. They are betting Parrish proves the room right and everyone else wrong. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Bottom line, the swing picks will decide whether this ages well.
