Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Cardinals were there to profit. Rylie Mills, the No. 132 name on the board, should have been long gone before slot 153.

They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. They will need Conerly Jr. to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
