The Lions did enough to get by: C+.

The Lions clearly saw something nobody else did in Jaylen Harrell, taking him 113 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. It washes out to a C+, no better and no worse.

However the rest shakes out, Jones at that price is a win they earned. Leaving safety unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Cornerback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

If Xavier Legette and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
