Best value of the weekend goes to the Chargers for Devonshire: A-.

The Chargers spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: M.J. Devonshire, the No. 192 name on the board, in the 225th pick.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Every board in the league had Jackson lower, and that gap is the story.

The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

A strong weekend's work, and a rare one to find this little fault with.
