The phones sank the Browns this weekend: D-. If confidence were a draft strategy, the Browns would have aced it. Chico Bennett Jr. at the 246th pick is 215 spots clear of where he belonged.
Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. However the rest shakes out, Marshall Jr. at that price is a win they earned.
The Browns clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.
Bottom line, they will be counting on several picks to beat their grades.
