Best value of the weekend goes to the Giants for Lawson: A.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Giants were there to profit. Deontae Lawson, the No. 56 name on the board, should have been long gone before the 105th pick.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up. They will answer for taking linebacker early while interior defensive lineman, edge rusher and other spots went begging.

A strong weekend's work, and a rare one to find this little fault with.
