For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Steelers walked out of the weekend still thin at quarterback, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

The Mickens pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. They left with interior defensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
