The search is over. The Giants handed the keys to Drake Maye, and the whole operation now runs on his development. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Getting Johnson where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. They went 6 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
