The Patriots looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Vincent Anthony Jr. at slot 131 regardless, 44 picks early. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

They banked enough surplus on Scott to cover a lot of smaller sins. The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer.
