The search is over. The Bears handed the keys to Caleb Williams, and the whole operation now runs on his development. It holds up to a second look, which is why it earns the A-.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Jones. The phones were where this weekend was really won.

They are betting Means proves the room right and everyone else wrong. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up.
