After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Bears committed. Caleb Williams is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. Fine in stretches, shaky in others: a C+.

The Ceaser reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through interior defensive lineman.

However the rest shakes out, Powers-Johnson at that price is a win they earned.

In the end, a coin-flip class: fine today, with a wide range of outcomes ahead.
