They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Caleb Williams is the Bears' quarterback, full stop.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Walker. The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The roster is better shaped than it was, with edge rusher chief among the fixes.

Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
