The Bears finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a B+.

Start where it matters. The Bears took Caleb Williams to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

They banked enough surplus on Guyton to cover a lot of smaller sins. The Jakobi Meyers pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
