You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Giants did exactly that with Collin Schlee in slot 221. This is how you run a draft, and the A- reflects it.

However the rest shakes out, Noel at that price is a win they earned. Cam Ward is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off. The phones were where this weekend was really won.

The veteran additions, Tyler Guyton chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

Add it up and this is about as clean as a draft weekend gets.
