Phillips should have been long gone. The Bills pounced, and earned a B-.

Somebody in the 132nd pick was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Bills sat still while Jordan Phillips, the No. 108 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

They punted on linebacker, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The Hairston pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at linebacker, edge rusher and other spots.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but linebacker.
