Draft Grade — Broncos

FutureB-
The Broncos let Tuten fall and pounced. Final grade: B+. Thirty-one other rooms let Bhayshul Tuten slide, and the Broncos were the ones holding the card at pick 193. Highway robbery.
A whole weekend of picks and linebacker is somehow still a want. The trade work was a quiet net positive. The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but linebacker.
Pick Analysis
Pick22
Rnd1
Tyler Warren
In pick 22 they get a matchup weapon at tight end. The biggest hole, addressed.
Pick51
Rnd2
Tyleik Williams
Tyleik Williams at slot 51 is money in the bank, a interior defensive lineman taken below his worth. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
Pick74
Rnd3
Quinshon Judkins
A quiet steal in Round 3, Pick 10: Quinshon Judkins for less than the market said. The roster fit checks out.
Pick101
Rnd3
Jaylin Noel
A reasonable price with a little left over, Jaylin Noel in pick No. 101. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
Pick121
Rnd4
Brashard Smith
They stopped a slide they were happy to see, landing Brashard Smith in the Round 4 slot. A need, and now a little less of one.
Pick133
Rnd4
Lathan Ransom
A top-tier safety at a bargain, Lathan Ransom in the 133rd overall pick, plain and simple. A minor itch, scratched.
Pick193
Rnd6
Bhayshul Tuten
Bhayshul Tuten at No. 193 is a first-round grade at a bargain-bin price, no notes. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
Pick199
Rnd6
Oronde Gadsden II
They robbed the room for Oronde Gadsden II here, a fall nobody at the table saw coming. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
Pick210
Rnd6
Upton Stout
You do not let a safety like Upton Stout reach Round 6, Pick 32 and blink. They did not. Nice player, but the depth chart did not need him here.
Pick229
Rnd7
Ricky White III
They barely believed it either: Ricky White III still on the board at the Round 7 slot. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
