Draft Grade — Seahawks

The Seahawks answered their biggest question with Dart. Grade: B-. After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Seahawks committed. Jaxson Dart is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.
The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. They are betting Dart proves the room right and everyone else wrong.
They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. The Warren pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.
All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
Pick Analysis
Pick18
Rnd1
Jaxson Dart
In the Round 1 slot they get a passer to set the clock by, a steep price for the projection. A clean fit for the roster.
Pick26
Rnd1
Tyler Warren
In slot 26 they get a moveable chess piece at tight end at a price that makes it sweeter. A real need, handled.
