You could see the war room lean forward. Trevor Etienne at the 256th pick is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did.

The Porter pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with wide receiver, tight end and other spots still on the board. The wide receiver spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

Every board in the league had Jackson lower, and that gap is the story.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
