The Cowboys clearly saw something nobody else did in Jackson Powers-Johnson, taking him 27 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
