Nothing loud, just a tidy B for the Cowboys.

There is conviction, and then there is this. The Cowboys took Jordan Toles a full 22 picks ahead of where the board had him, an overdraft steep enough that it colors the whole weekend.

For all the activity, wide receiver went untouched, which is hard to explain. They banked enough surplus on Paul to cover a lot of smaller sins. They chose more darts over a bigger single swing.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
