There was a run on nobody at that position, and the Broncos started one anyway for Payton Wilson, 30 picks ahead of schedule. The board pushed back all weekend, and the D- is the result.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want. Linebacker was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
