The Bengals spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Ollie Gordon II, the No. 164 name on the board, in pick 191. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

Every board in the league had Conner lower, and that gap is the story. The tight end hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
