You could see the war room lean forward. Jaylin Simpson at the 169th pick is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. The trade work was a quiet net positive.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
