The needs board said one thing and the Steelers did another, using pick 51 on Zach Frazier while quarterback, interior defensive lineman and other spots waited. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B-.

A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want. They will need Rice to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. If one pick saves this weekend, it is King.

It is a bet on later, and a defensible one for a team playing the long game.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
