A sensible, unshowy class lands the Steelers a B.

The Steelers went off the board in a big way for Drake Nugent, 32 picks early. Conviction is one thing; this is another.

They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. Bullard falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
