Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Broncos were there to profit. Aireontae Ersery, the No. 48 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick No. 199. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

They will need Slackman to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They punted on linebacker, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but linebacker.
