Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Chargers spent the 124th overall pick on Sevion Morrison, a name the board had a full 299 spots lower. It lands right in the middle: a C+, no more, no less.

They banked enough surplus on Bassa to cover a lot of smaller sins. Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.
