There is a lot to like until you notice quarterback is still a hole. The Browns never got to the one that mattered most.

Getting Warren where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The trades cost them a sliver of value they did not need to spend. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
