The Patriots got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the B.

The rest of the league had time to spare on Phillip Webb; the Patriots did not wait, grabbing him 105 spots ahead at the 240th overall pick. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. However the rest shakes out, Hairston at that price is a win they earned.

Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. They left with edge rusher solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
