Jayden Daniels is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off. Spending an early pick on cornerback with interior defensive lineman, running back and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. They will need Bortolini to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up.
