The Dixon value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through wide receiver. The Nugent pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.

The Hart pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with wide receiver, running back and other spots still on the board.
