The Gabe Hall pick is the one that will follow the Bears into the fall. They took him 54 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. The cornerback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

The Trotter Jr. pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. Bobby Okereke gives the group a proven body among the projects.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
