A franchise passer in Williams headlines a D- weekend for the Bears.

The Bears lost the trade war and it was not close, handing partners the better end again and again. A D- that will need time and luck to look better.

They are betting McGregor proves the room right and everyone else wrong. The whole projection now runs through Caleb Williams; hit there and everything else looks smarter. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through interior defensive lineman.

The Hadden value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
