Draft Grade — Lions

A solid, sensible weekend for the Lions: B. Somehow the biggest item on the list survived the weekend. The Lions never addressed cornerback, and it is the kind of gap that lingers. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.
Offensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the cornerback spot they never got to.
Pick Analysis
Pick28
Rnd1
Mike Green
In the Round 1 slot they get a problem off the edge. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Pick60
Rnd2
Wyatt Milum
Wyatt Milum at the 60th overall pick is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
