You can draft well and still miss the point. The Browns did plenty of tidy work and somehow never got around to quarterback, which was the need that mattered most. The bottom line is a respectable B.

Job largely done: cornerback settled and 1 of 9 of the wish list covered. The back end got a real overhaul.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
