Winston Jr. should have been long gone. The Dolphins pounced, and earned a D.

The Dolphins lost the trade war and it was not close, handing partners the better end again and again. It grades a D, and the process earned it.

Spending an early pick on cornerback with edge rusher and tight end open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. They are betting Brown proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

That Winston Jr. pick is the receipt they will wave around later.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and edge rusher is still a hole.
