The Commanders spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Jordan Phillips, the No. 108 name on the board, in pick 128.

They will regret leaving tight end for another day if the season turns on it. They will need Conerly Jr. to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
