The steal of the weekend belongs to the Giants and Parrish: B-.

Somebody in the Round 5 slot was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Giants sat still while Jacob Parrish, the No. 121 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

They will need Ewers to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it. Safety is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
