The Panthers did not so much draft Sai'vion Jones as overpay for him, 29 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

Landing Ransaw that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped offensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up.

Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but offensive lineman.
