The value of the weekend has a name and a slot: Quinn Carroll, slot 242, roughly 38 picks past where he belonged. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B+.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. Every board in the league had Slackman lower, and that gap is the story.

They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The Alexander Mattison pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.
