No fireworks, just a tidy B- for the Bengals.

Somehow the biggest item on the list survived the weekend. The Bengals never addressed cornerback, and it is the kind of gap that lingers. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

However the rest shakes out, Wilson at that price is a win they earned. The cost of the McLeod reach is exactly the players who went right after him. Interior defensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
