Whoever sat across the table from the 49ers should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

The cost of the Jackson Jr. reach is exactly the players who went right after him. They punted on wide receiver, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
