You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Bears did exactly that with Ryan Flournoy in No. 234.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. That running back hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. The King value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster.

Bottom line, they left the weekend a clearly better team, and they earned every bit of it.
