The Bears robbed the room for Sadiq. Final grade: B+.

Somebody in the 241st overall pick was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Bears sat still while Kenyon Sadiq, the No. 23 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. No fireworks, but a solid B+.

The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. They gave back a little on the phones for the right to move.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with edge rusher chief among the fixes.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
