The Jaguars let Mondon Jr. fall into their laps, and walked away with a A-.

The Jaguars spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Smael Mondon Jr., the No. 104 name on the board, in the 181st pick. Just about everything broke right, and the A- follows.

Every board in the league had Dennis-Sutton lower, and that gap is the story. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class.

The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Adding Tytus Howard by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.

In short, they turned a good board into a better roster, and it shows.
